Refunds
The official policy
Before July 1, 2012, you can get a half refund. After July 1 there are no refunds for any reason, as we have to start guaranteeing numbers.
The only accepted way of getting a refund is to follow this link and choose modify registration. Enter your email address and reference number that were included in the email when you first registered for LeakyCon. From there follow the prompts to receive your refund. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow for 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
